We have designed the CCV to replace both the primary panel and secondary pockets with just one set of CCV. The pressure drop is therefore lower while the filtration area is increased. The CCV has two efficiencies and can be used as primary and secondary phases.
The SEP filter is an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional panel filters. Two sets of SEP filters are purchased. Saturated filters are returned and ATMOSPHERIC AIR installs new filter material into existing frames at only the cost of the filter media. When the second set is saturated the refurbished filter is returned and the next filter goes through the same procedure.
The inner cone provides more usable space for airflow in the dust collector. The cone puts more useable media area into a dust collector. Adding a cone of pleated filtration media to a traditional cartridge adds approximately 33% more usable filtration area to a given size cartridge. This results in lower pressure drop, which reduces air flow energy. Both of these effects reduces energy consumption and extends filter life.
